The goal was to create a fun and unique animated open on U2’s website launching the band’s hit song Beautiful Day. The talented executive producer of the project, Mark Neale, had previously directed Lemon another U2 music video. He wanted to create a hip animated montage of psychedelic imagery. In the end, the band loved it with no changes. Needless to say, it was a blast working on such a cool project at the time.
